Programs at Firefly
Firefly offers a wide range of opportunities for children ages 2 - 5th grade to learn, grow, and be fulfilled. This is achieved by providing a variety of activities using developmentally appropriate materials that recognizes the individual needs and differences of each child.
2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR Kindergarten - 5th Grade Students
With our expansive indoor play structure, STEAM wall. dedicated homework room, and gym, your child will be able to work hard and play hard in a nurturing, academically rich environment every season of the year. HOURS: 6:30 - 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 - 6:00 p.m.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE
Transportation to all Powhatan public elementary schools provided. Departure time to be determined for each school.
Students have free play balanced with homework time Monday-Friday. Our staff help with any homwork 1st grade and up.
Snacks are provided after school.
School Holidays- $20 per day per child unless otherwise contracted (except Winter and Spring holidays at an additonal charge.)
BEFORE SCHOOL CARE
Transportation to all Powhatan public elementary schools provided.
