Our weekly rate for summer camp is $225 which is due on Monday by 9:00 am for the current week. The weekly rate includes all fees for the activities except the one major field trip of the summer. Discounts are given for multi-child families, parents who are first responders and those who prepay (up to 15% off the total bill). A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon registration for summer camp to be applied to the first week of attendance at summer camp. You only pay for the weeks that you commit for your child/children to attend.
We will be doing many activities throughout the summer. We have broken them down into categories. The cooking category is what the children will be cooking. Different age groups will cook on different days. These are not all of the activities, field trips, etc. we will be doing, just a sample for each week. The movie lists are not definite. It is a sample of what we could possibly show during the week. Everyone will not do all of the activities/movies/field trips. They will be selected according to age appropriateness. When age isn’t a factor, all will participate. Not every child will go to the Virginia Museum or Summer Storytime at the Powhatan Library but all will go swimming and to the movies.
Children will be going on all fieldtrips scheduled for their age group.
